Week Commencing 30th October

Dear parents/carers

I hope you have all had a lovely half term, we are looking forward to seeing you next week.

We will be enjoying some fun spooky activities and getting messy with splatter painting to create some fantastic firework pictures.

Our focus for the week will be expressive arts and design-being imaginative so we will have spoken to the children and have decided to set up a shop role play so the children can use their real life experiences to inspire their Imaginations.

In our small group time we will be celebrating the children's wow moments so if they have achieved anything new or had any special moments just write them down on a piece if paper and we will share these as well.

Rising fives- Monday afternoon sessions

After Christmas we will be starting our letter sounds books so over the next half term we will be getting our letter sound tins out and listening to the jolly phonics songs to familiarise the children with some of the letter sounds.

Forest school will be on Monday morning next week so if your child is in on this session please make sure they have appropriate clothing, coat and wellies.
