Week Commencing 4th June

Dear Parents/Carers

I hope you have had a wonderful bank holiday weekend, It is half term this week so their will be no pre-school until Monday 4th June.

We were lucky enough to see our butterflies come out of their cocoons and release them into the garden before we broke up for half term which was lovely. Julia also kindly brought some lambs in last tuesday for the children to see which they really enjoyed, they then went on to make some lovely lamb/sheep pictures using cotton wool.

When we return our theme will be travel/holidays feel free to bring or send in any holiday snaps for your child to share with the group they always love to show off and see each others photos and prompts some lovely discussions between the children.

We will also be doing some cooking, looking at the different types of technology involved as this is our focus of the week.

To go with this theme we are also making bubbles with different types of technology from simple bubble wands to bubble machines and whisks.

In our small groups we will be playing sound lotto and sharing news about our half term.
