Week Commencing 24th September

Dear parents/Carers

I hope you have had a lovely week. Unlike probably the rest of us the children have been enjoying the rain going on a welly walk, playing in the mud kitchen and having a full water butt to play with!

Thank you to everyone that was able to join us for our AGM and committee meeting, we would still love some more members to help support the fundraising events, if you think this is something you could help with by either joining the committee or just providing a helping hand please let me know.

The children have been doing a fantastic job with our number games this week, we will be continuing this next week, letting the children lead the activities more and making observations so we can plan for their next steps to support them further.

Next week we will also be seeking in even more numbers with our fishing game and number puzzles.

We will also be getting messy and creative exploring colors with paints.

In our small group time we will be reading stories giving the children to talk about the pictures and characters and make suggestions about what might happen next.

Our letters and sounds activity will be 'sound stories'.

Rising fives (Monday and Wednesday pm)- We will be extending on our listening moment by going on a listening walk- we plan to go out what ever the weather so please make sure your child brings in there coat and wellies.

I have noticed that there is still a large number of parents who have not yet activated their tapestry account to access your child's online learning journey, i will resend activation emails so please keep a look out.

Please take a look at our Pre-school uniform that it hung out in the garden, if you would like to purchase and items please pick up a order form from the signing in table in the garden.
