Week Commencing 19th November

Dear parents,

Thank you for all your support in buying the children's wonderful cakes, and for those that were able to join us for our teddy bears picnic, we raised a fab £58.50 all money raised will be going to children in need. The children had great fun making and decorating the cakes and blew me away with there understanding and support when we told them they were to raise money for less fortunate children.

Next week our focus will be mathematics- Space, shape and measure, so we will be looking at measuring different objects using tape measures and measuring bricks and making comparisons. We will also be looking at Elmer the elephant story books and decorating our own elephants using a variety of colours and shapes.

In our small groups we will be looking at a nature basket looking in detail at different interesting natural objects/items, if you have anything natural of interest please feel free to send it in to share.

Rising fives-we will be using Elmer sheets to practice our pen/pencil control and doing some musical show and tell!
