Week Commencing 3rd December
Dear parents,
Well we have reached the 1st of December so that means we will be getting very festive over the next few weeks.
Next week our little elves will be working in secrecy as the children prepare their wonderful christmas cards and pictures for their loved ones!
We will also be reading christmas stories together, singing songs listening to and dancing to music and generally having lots of fun (of course with plenty of learning slipped in as the children play).
In our small groups we will be singing christmas songs using a range of musical instruments and playing our letters and sounds game called 'follow the sound' this involves the children listening to and copying different body percussions.
Rising fives
The children will be making christmas trees this will support shape recognition, scissor skills, problem solving, and decorating!
We will also be playing a great listening and action game called 'roly poly'.
We still have a large number of theatre tickets available this year so if you have any friends or family that would like to join us on this lovely trip for only £8.50 please let me know.
